Neurotoxins

• Stay upright for 4–6 hours and avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas.

• Use gentle facial movements (smiling, frowning, raising eyebrows) to help the product integrate.

• Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat exposure (saunas, hot tubs) for 24 hours.

• Skip makeup and avoid touching the area for the first day; gentle cleansing after 6 hours is fine.

• Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E) for a few days if possible.

• Protect from sun exposure and use mild skincare products for 1–2 weeks.

• Avoid facials, lasers, or peels for at least 1–2 weeks.

• Protect from sun exposure and avoid smoking for a few days to support healing.

• Mild swelling, firmness, or asymmetry is normal and will soften as the filler settles over 1–2 weeks.
